Welcome to AllMart. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and all related services including e-commerce, food, grocery, pharmacy, and parcel delivery.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use AllMart.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.


2. Use of Services

  • You agree to use our platform lawfully and responsibly.

  • You may not use AllMart to send illegal items, counterfeit goods, or restricted substances.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.


3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Prices and fees may vary depending on location and vendor.

  • Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways.

  • No refunds once an order is processed unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.


4. Delivery Policy

  • Estimated delivery times are provided, but may vary due to traffic, weather, or availability.

  • You agree to provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive the order.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, no refund will be issued.


5. Return and Refund

  • If applicable, requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Parcels and items must be in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • AllMart is not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from third-party vendors or unforeseen events.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.

  • Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Disputes shall be settled in Sri Lankan courts.
